Front Desk + Guest Experience Team

What you’ll be part of

This role blends guest experience, front desk coordination, and behind-the-scenes support to keep the salon running smoothly and feeling elevated.

You’ll:

• Be a key part of the guest experience from start to finish

• Support daily operations and keep the space organized and running efficiently

• Communicate with guests clearly, professionally, and with warmth

• Work closely with the team to solve problems and keep the day flowing

• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-prepared environment

Helpful (but not required)

• Experience in a salon or customer-facing role

• Comfort with social media or marketing

• Basic Canva or design skills

• Familiarity with Google Docs, Mac/Windows
