Let's Get You Ready For Your Maven Appointment!
Are you ready? We are so ready to see you!
We wanted to share a few steps to get you prepared and walk you through what your appointment will look like.
Before you come, here are a few things to do to get ready:
1. Opt into our TEXT MESSAGE marketing by texting "RELAX" to 508-863-4725
2. Be sure to create an account or log in to our online system and update your payment information for easy contactless payment.
3. Fill out our Welcome Back & Online Consultation From before you come in.
(YOU MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM BEFORE COMING TO MAVEN )
GREAT! Now that we got that out of the way... Here is what you can expect at your appointment.
15 minutes before you arrive, you will receive an AUTOMATED TEXT asking you to check in.
Please DO NOT reply to this text UNTIL YOU ARE OUTSIDE and ready for your appointment.
When your Maven is ready, they will come out to greet you and bring you in. Please have your mask on, or if you asked us to provide one for you, we will bring it out to you.
When you come in, you will be asked to wash or sanitize your hands before making it back to your FAVORITE place in our chairs.
You will see some new decorations (procedure signage) and notice some new gadgets (hand sanitizers) so be sure to read and utilize all of our new things for the safest visit.
Your stylist will be helping you
with future appointments, products that you need,
and checking out right from your chair.
At this time we do not have support team members available to answer the phones but emails will be monitored closely and will be the fastest and easiest way to get in touch. Support@mavenhaircompany.com
