It's important to us that you feel as

comfortable and safe as possible. 

Before you come, here are a few things to do to get ready:

1. Opt into our TEXT MESSAGE updates by texting "RELAX" to 508-863-4725. 

2. Create an account or LOG IN to our online system and update your payment information if would like to take advantage of easy contactless payment.  

3. Fill out our HEALTH SCREENING before you come in

We require 10 days and a negative test or two weeks from any possible exposure to Covid-19 before coming into the salon. 

If you're experiencing symptoms, you must wait 10 days from onset of symptoms, or 10 days from positive covid test provided your symptoms are improving and you have not had a fever within 24 hours. 

We are following CDC and state guidelines thoroughly.  For those traveling from outside the country or on a domestic flight, we are requiring 10 days from Tavel time or a negative covid test up to 72 hours prior to your appointment. 

Here is what you can expect at your appointment. 

15 minutes before you arrive, you will receive an AUTOMATED TEXT asking you to check-in.

 

Please DO NOT reply to this text UNTIL YOU ARE OUTSIDE and ready for your appointment. 

 

When your Maven is ready, they will come out to greet you and bring you in. Please have your mask on, or if you asked us to provide one for you, we will bring it out to you. 

When you come in, you will be asked to sanitize your hands and we will check your temperature before making it back to your FAVORITE place in our chairs.
