Maven Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us at Maven and we reserve that time especially for you. We absolutely understand that sometimes it’s necessary to cancel or reschedule appointments. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice of cancelation for any part of or all of your appointment.
-Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
– No Shows Will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
– Fee’s must be paid in order to schedule or hold future appointments.
Confirming Your Appointment
To help our guests avoid having to pay cancellation fees, we ask that you confirm your upcoming appointment. You can confirm through our email, text or confirmation phone calls that come from maven starting 5 days before the appointment.
At Maven it’s important to us that we can give you an experience we can be proud of. We understand life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late according to our clock, the appointment may have to be rescheduled to prevent rushing or taking time from the guest after you. We will do all that we can to get you in as soon as we can. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are going to be late. No-Show & Cancellation Policy may be applied for cancellations due to late arrival.

We love our team members and we know you do too. When an appointment is forgotten or canceled without giving enough notice, or you arrive late for your appointment it impacts our team members and our other guests. We miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive their Maven Pampering. We understand that sometimes things happen, however, we try to respect our stylists time as much as we try to respect yours.
