Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Maven Hair Company. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OUR VALUED GUESTS
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, a fee may be charged.
Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.
Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee.
Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
To assist you in keeping your appointments or rescheduling on time, confirmation emails will be sent 3 days in advance and text reminders 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to assist you. Phone call reminders can be arranged upon request.
Here’s how it works: We make sure before we start, everyone is on the same page with what the expectations are for your end result (that’s our job). If anything changes (color can be unpredictable, especially lightening services) we chat about it and decide together what the new plan will be. If for any reason there is anything about your hair that doesn’t match that agreed expectation, let us know. If within TWO WEEKS of the service you give us a call, send us an email or message us on social media we will make any adjustments that can be made. Anything outside that two week period may end up being an entirely different service/situation. It’s very important to us you love your hair and your experience.
