Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OUR VALUED GUESTS

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need.  In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, a fee may be charged.

For cancellations, w/ less than 24 hours notice there will be a 50% cancellation fee unless of course, we are able to fill that spot with another excited guest. Not showing up for an appointment will result in a charge for the full price of the scheduled service. Extended appointments we require a deposit or a credit card on file.

Changes or cancellations to part of the appointment must be done 24 hours, in advance as well. When confirming the appointment you saying yes to a charge of the full price of the service(s) scheduled.
